Denholtz Associates, a real estate company, announced Thursday it has signed 15 new leases throughout the Oak Tree Business Center in South Plainfield.
The leases at the 140,000-square-foot, six-building center, which is located at 900-910 Oak Tree Road, are comprised of 39,987 square feet in total.
Some of the leases included:
- BlueStone Communications, 7,425 square feet;
- Continental Fire & Safety Services LLC, 7,275 square feet.
The center is within close access to Routes 22 and 27, Interstates 78 and 287 and the Garden State Parkway.
