Colliers International Group Inc. announced recently it has arranged the sale of a shopping center in Robbinsville.
The Shoppes at Foxmoor, located at 1095 Washington Blvd., is a 125,295-square-foot retail asset situated on 19 acres. It was purchased by a private investor.
The Parsippany-based Colliers NJ Investment Sales Team of Jacklene Chesler, Patrick Norris, Matthew Brown and Angelo Vitale represented both the seller and the buyer.
“The Shoppes at Foxmoor is a well-located, neighborhood retail asset,” Chesler said. “The property was 36 percent occupied at the time of sale with tenants that are e-commerce resistant, including medical, restaurants, lifestyle, financial and health and beauty.”
The center is within close access to Route 130 and Interstates 195 and 295. It is also within walking distance to Town Center, a mixed-use development with over 900 residential units and 220,000 square feet of retail and office space.
