Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a real estate development and operating company, announced two new leases at the Glenpointe Centre East in Teaneck.
The property, located at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd., is part of the mixed-use Glenpointe complex.
In the larger deal, private equity and operating firm CB Alliance has relocated from New York City to 4,600 square feet at the center. The transaction was negotiated Cushman & Wakefield and Jerry L. Barta, vice president, director of leasing and marketing at Sanzari.
In the smaller deal, Friedlam Partners leased 2,700 square feet, relocating from Bergen County. JLL and Barta arranged the deal.

The 50-acre Glenpointe complex encompasses 650,000 square feet of Class A office space at Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe. On site amenities include a bank, cafeteria, restaurant, wine bar, lounge, parking, on-site management, 24/7 security and more.
The property is within close access to Interstates 80 and 95.
