Artech acquires TTS business unit of CDI Corp.

Morristown-based Artech Information Systems LLC announced Tuesday it has acquired CDI Corp.‘s Talent & Technology Solutions business unit.

CDI provides engineering, information technology and staffing services to clients in a variety of industries. Its TTS business is comprised of about 2,500 employees that provide IT and engineering services and solutions.

The acquisition, Artech said, will enhance its market position and will add or expand delivery services in Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; West Virginia and Canada.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
