Experic, a startup pharmaceutical supply services provider, announced it has launched itself into New Jersey’s pharmaceutical market by leasing a manufacturing and packaging facility in Cranbury.
The 45,500-square-foot facility located at 2 Clarke Drive will serve as its new headquarters and testing facility. It will provide manufacturing, processing, storage and logistics including innovating packaging, labeling and global supply chain management services.
Experic said it will focus on the needs of the small- and mid-sized customer base in the pharma segment.
“Our vision has always been to provide the highest level of technology to those companies responsible for the lion’s share of development and discovery activities in industry today,” Eric Bergmann, Experic co-founder and president, said. “Coupled with the small-company feel of personalized customer service and ability to create technical solutions to unique challenges, Experic is set up to bring the best of both worlds to our customers.”
Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of Experic to locate the space.
“We’ve surrounded our vision and strategy with the best talent in their respective fields,” Jeff Shane, Experic co-founder and vice chairman. “It has been an effort underscored by collaborative excellence since day one.”
Once the facility is open, Experic said it plans to create 100 new technical and professional jobs over the next two to three years.
