LIXIL Americas appoints Bryson its new CFO

LIXIL Americas announced Wednesday Adam Bryson has been named its chief financial officer.

In this role, Bryson will be responsible for financial and strategic planning, business and tax issues, budgeting, treasury and financial operations, compliance and governance. He will become part of the executive team and report to Steven Delarge, LIXIL Americas’ CEO and president.

Prior to LIXIL, Bryson was the CFO for GROHE in Germany. Earlier in his career, he held financial positions at Seagram and Nestle.

“Adam brings a tremendous amount of experience in global finance, accounting, treasury and tax to our team,” Delarge said. “I am pleased to welcome Adam to our team where his experience will contribute to our success in creating high-quality products that solve everyday, real life challenges for consumers.”

LIXIL Americas is the Piscataway-based division under which kitchen and bath brands American Standard, DXV and GROHE operate.
