Michele Jaker, MBI-GluckShaw
MBI-GluckShaw announced the addition of Michele Jaker to the firm as partner. Jaker comes to MBI-GluckShaw from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where she served as director of government affairs.

Marianne Lambertson, Celsion Corp.
Celsion Corporation, an oncology drug development company, announced the appointment of Marianne Lambertson as vice president of communications and investor relations. Lambertson most recently held the position of vice president, corporate communications, investor relations/public relations at Verastem Oncology, a development-stage biopharmaceutical company.

John Lukanski, Reed Smith
Reed Smith announced that John Lukanski has returned to the firm as a partner in its Financial Industry Group. He will be a leader in its broker-dealer practice. Lukanski, who was previously with the firm until 2016, rejoins Reed Smith from McGuireWoods LLP, where he was a partner. He will sit in the firm’s Princeton office and will also spend time in the firm’s New York City office.

Marketsmith Inc.
Marketsmith Inc., the only woman-owned-and-operated advertising and martech agency of its kind, has promoted Madison resident Laura Buoncuore to group vice president, creative director. She previously served as vice president.
Marketsmith has also promoted Union resident Phil Polchinski to lead data scientist. He previously served as director of analytics.
Dave Miller, Hollister Construction Services
Hollister Construction Services, a leading full-service construction manager specializing in corporate, educational, health care, industrial, retail, residential, self-storage and senior living construction, is pleased to welcome Dave Miller to the growing Hollister team.
Joining as purchasing manager, Miller will develop, coordinate and manage all vendor partner relationships. Miller will work closely with the estimating and delivery teams to ensure Hollister continues providing our clients and partners with the best value.
Qplum
Qplum welcomes two new members to its team. Calvin Yu will be heading the Multi-Asset Solutions team, and J. Michael Steele will be a member of the company’s advisory board.
Yu will be responsible for business development, bringing Qplum’s strategies to institutional investors. Steele will be an advisor to the quantitative research team.

Saiber LLC is pleased to announce the addition of seven attorneys to the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. Members Joseph J. Schiavone, Jeffrey S. Leonard, Vincent J. Proto and Michael J. Balch, and associates Lori J. Zeglarski, David I. Satine and Robert P. Vacchiano will be resident in the firm’s Florham Park office. All seven attorneys join the firm from Budd Larner P.C. in Short Hills.

The New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians recently presented Dr. Jeffrey Zlotnick with the Chair Award at the NJAFP’s Annual Scientific Assembly in Atlantic City.
The NJAFP, the largest primary care medical specialty society in the state, is a leader in health care practice transformation and advocacy, advancing the specialty of family medicine and improving access to high quality health care for patients. The Chair Award, one of the most important recognitions presented annually, is awarded to a person who has dedicated a lifetime of service to both the academy and the specialty of family medicine. NJAFP honored Zlotnick, a board-certified family physician with a background in primary care sports medicine, for his tireless commitment to family medicine and contributions to community health and the state of New Jersey.
