NAI Hanson negotiates industrial sale in Fair Lawn

NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm, announced Wednesday the sale of an industrial building in Fair Lawn.

Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter of NAI Hanson represented the buyer of the 32,483-square-foot property, A Cubed LLC, in the deal with BGL Properties.

The property, located at 17-09 Zink Place has five loading docks, 25-foot ceilings and parking. It is within close access to Interstate 80 and Routes 17 and 46 as well as the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike.

A Cubed LLC was looking to relocate its operations from Wood Ridge, and Zink Place’s proximity to major highways and a strong labor pool is what drew it in. A Cubed plans to use the space to distribute baseball caps.

“With so few industrial spaces available in this high-traffic distribution hub, businesses are recognizing the value in building ownership in this market,” DeMagistris said. “As demand outweighs supply for industrial assets, companies who opt to purchase in-demand properties like 17-09 Zink Place can secure a long-term home for their businesses, as well as a strategic investment that will likely gain substantial value over the long term.”
