WebMax, a Turnersville-based digital mortgage solution provider, announced Monday it has added four C-level executives.
The new executive team will help WebMax’s growth, increase its revenue, add strategic partnerships and fast-track its proprietary software platform.
Siera Smith was previously WebMax’s vice president of operations and has been promoted to chief operating officer. She will be responsible for increasing employee and client satisfaction.
“For the last two years, Smith has been a key contributor to WebMax’s growth within the mortgage and technology industries through her strong company initiatives and implementation of valuable team tactics,” Curt Tegeler, WebMax CEO and president, said. “With her moving into the role of COO, the company’s expansion and optimization of its digital mortgage platform will be key factors in reaching investors for the sustainment of accelerated growth.”
WebMax also hired Jared Beach as chief revenue officer and Kelly DeSantis as chief marketing officer. The pair will be help increase revenue and boost company sales through partnerships.
Beach previously served as CEO of Endeavor, an athletic performance apparel company. DeSantis is the former executive director, head of exchange traded funds marketing at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
WebMax also added Benjamin LaRue to the role of chief information officer. LaRue has more than 20 years of software development experience, including four years as chief technology officer at PrintFly.
