ARI, Sourcewell announce fleet management services pact

ARI, a Mount Laurel-based fleet services provider, announced it has been awarded a contract from Sourcewell, a cooperative purchasing organization.

Under the agreement, Sourcewell will streamline the procurement of ARI’s fleet leasing and management services. This will help reduce time, cost and administrative services in the bid solicitation process, ARI said.

“For many of Sourcewell’s members, the vehicles in their fleet are much more than just cars and trucks; they are indispensable tools that allow their employees to provide essential services to constituents,” Anthony Foursha, senior vice president, sales, ARI, said. “We are extremely proud of the relationship we’ve established with Sourcewell and its members. We look forward to building upon this partnership and continuing to support the public sector clients who view ARI as a trusted advisor and extension of their organization.”

Through its partnership with Sourcewell, ARI will be able to offer solutions that help fleets in the government sector control operational cost and efficiency.

“I’m really excited about this category and the value it offers our members,” Andy Campbell, Sourcewell contract administrator, said. “ARI’s comprehensive leasing and fleet management services are poised to deliver solutions that will transform our members’ fleet operations. Regardless of the vehicle type or fleet size, there’s a program available to meet the needs of all members.”

Sourcewell awards contracts on behalf of its member agencies after a competitive solicitation. Purchasing through Sourcewell helps simplify the procurement process, it said.
