SASCO Insurance Services, based in Hackettstown, announced it has recently merged with Otterstedt Insurance Agency Inc., based in Englewood Cliffs.
According to the two companies, the merger will offer both agencies’ clients expanded services.
“We are delighted to be joining the Otterstedt Agency after years of friendship with the Parisi family,” James Travis of SASCO said.
“Adding SASCO’s talent and client base to our family makes us a stronger agency and allows us to continue to enhance our tradition of ‘Leading with Experience’,” Joseph Parisi Jr., chairman of Otterstedt, said.
“We are excited to join forces with James Travis and Peter Kromer. Their team complements the Otterstedt Agency. The expanded footprint of our combined team will serve all of our clients well into the future,” Joseph Parisi Jr. said.
Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
