Transwestern has been selected to be the exclusive leasing agent for a boutique office building in Morristown, it announced Tuesday.
The thee-story building, located at 62 Elm St., is comprised of approximately 20,000 square feet. It has 6,000 square feet of floorplates that can be built-to-suit.
James Postell, Transwestern’s partner and city leader, along with Dan Ligorner, vice president, will provide leasing services for the property.
Situated in downtown Morristown, the building is within close access to hotels, restaurants and retail. It is across the street from the Morristown Train Station and is near Interstates 287, 80, 280, Route 24 and Newark airport.
“Morristown is home to one of New Jersey’s most sought-after downtowns, and 62 Elm St. embodies the live-work-play ideal that has come to make it an attractive destination for office tenants,” Ligorner said. “The building’s boutique size, prime location and on-site parking present a rare opportunity for companies looking for a headquarters location that will help attract and retain top talent.”
In July, Transwestern and HFF sold the property for $5 million on behalf of the seller, Cornerstone Family Programs.
