Lakeland Bank names Leonard van Dam to FSVP role

Lakeland Bank in Oak Ridge announced it has appointed someone new to its leadership team.

Leonard van Dam has been hired as first senior vice president, group leader of commercial lending. He will be based in Teaneck.

van Dam, who has more than 20 years of banking experience, will be responsible for teams in Hudson Valley, Teaneck, asset-based lending and equipment finance commercial lending.

Prior to Lakeland, he was most recently a business banking manager for the northern New Jersey market at Wells Fargo in Paramus. Before that, he held a number of roles at JPMorgan Chase Bank.

Van Dam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
