CBRE announced Friday it has secured $19.5 million in financing for a warehouse/industrial property in South Brunswick.
The property will be comprised of 305,598 square feet and located at 2270 Route 130. It is within close access to Route 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The loan was arranged on behalf of 2270 Route 130 LLC. It is currently leased to Lasership.
James Gunning, Donna Falzarano and Kyle Saviano of CBRE’s Debt & Structure Financing team negotiated the loan.
