Real estate firm JLL has promoted a senior vice president to serve as head of project and development services for New Jersey, it announced this week.
In her new role, Andrea Alexander will service clients, work with brokerage teams to cross-sell business, manage a staff of project managers, oversee new business development and more. She will report to Terry Harris, managing director and chief operating officer of the suburban tri-state and Northeast industrial regions.
“Andrea Alexander has been a crucial member of our project management team for years,” Harris said in a prepared statement. “She brings extensive office and retail multisite expertise and has overseen the management of many of JLL’s most important projects. She is a natural leader who delivers every day for JLL’s clients, project managers and brokerage teams.”
Alexander has more than 20 years of experience in project management on both office and retail projects. She has been with JLL since 2004, earning multiple promotions. She was elevated to SVP in June 2017.
