The South Beach at Long Branch luxury condo development held a “topping off” ceremony this week along the Long Branch oceanfront, builder FEM South Beach Urban Renewal LLC announced.

The event at the eight-story property featured developers, public officials and tradespeople. When complete, the building will include 47 condominiums, as well as resort-style amenities.
“Today, we recognize the collective efforts of our construction and design teams, and skilled tradespeople who are playing a critical role in creating a pioneering and design-driven oceanfront destination,” Mimi Feliciano, owner and CEO of Montville-based FEM Real Estate, said in a prepared statement. “That certainly includes David Ulassin and Frank Marra of Cornerstone Construction. Thanks to their determination and commitment to excellence, we’re moving closer to realizing our vision for this iconic building that combines an ultramodern design never before seen in this marketplace with extraordinary amenities and an incomparable beachfront setting.”
Preconstruction sales have been taking place, with only six units remaining in the South Tower, FEM said. Initial occupancy is scheduled for fall 2019.
The condos, priced from $1.5 million, will include two- to four-bedroom residences ranging from 1,608 to 3,382 square feet.
