Advance Realty

Advance Realty — a leading Northeast U.S. owner, developer and manager of Class A office, multifamily, mixed-use and industrial-space properties — recently announced five new hires at its growing Bridgewater headquarters.

John Clark joined the Advance team as director of corporate property services, responsible for energy procurement, tenant improvements and capital expenditure construction projects. Also joining Advance is Lauren Dunn, who will serve as director of people and talent.

Advance also recently welcomed three more members to its team: accounting manager Stefanie Jaworski; development accounting manager Tejinder Panwar; and executive administrative assistant Jessica Rozzi.

Rich Jeanneret, EY

Ernst & Young LLP recently announced Rich Jeanneret, vice chair and Northeast Regional managing partner, has been recognized as an “OUTstanding Ally Executive.” Since 2013, the OUTstanding lists have been celebrating executives and allies who are not only successful in their careers, but are also creating supportive workplaces for LGBT+ professionals.

Jeanneret is one of six EY executives from around the world that has been named a 2018 OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model, making the EY network the most recognized organization on this year’s list.

Chipo M. Jolibois, Fox Rothschild LLP

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Chipo M. Jolibois to the firm’s Princeton office as an associate in the Intellectual Property Department.

Jolibois joins Fox through the OnRamp Fellowship, a program that matches women lawyers re-entering the legal profession with firms that offer the resources they need to continue a successful career in law. She is the second woman to join Fox through the program, which works with 29 law firms throughout the country.

Fox aims to ensure that women attorneys have the support they need. As an OnRamp Fellow, Jolibois has access to the mentorship of Fox partners and leadership as well as unlimited continuing legal education services through the PLI Institute and training in negotiations, leadership, project management and business development.

Lakeland Bank

Thomas J. Shara, CEO and president and CEO of Oak Ridge-based Lakeland Bank, is pleased to announce the following appointments.

Judith Rothwell-Perez has been hired as assistant treasurer, branch operations manager for the Stanhope office. With 16 years of banking experience, she was most recently a branch operations manager with Atlantic Stewardship Bank in Pequannock.

Larissa Cruz has been hired as assistant treasurer, branch operations manager for the Franklin office. With more than 10 years of banking experience, she began her banking career as a consumer banker and was most recently a branch service manager with HSBC Bank in Ramsey.

Lee & Associates

Lee & Associates New Jersey, a leading New Jersey full service commercial real estate firm based in Elmwood Park, announced the appointments of two new hires to its investment sales, multifamily and redevelopment team.

Sheneeza Ali and Eric Heller have joined the company as vice presidents of investment sales/redevelopment, with a subspecialty in the multifamily asset class.

They are currently responsible for representing several multifamily projects in the North and Central Jersey markets, including a mixed-use development project for over 100 residential units and almost 20,000 square feet of commercial space in Linden. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ali and Heller were a team at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in Westfield.

Adam Levithan, WithumSmith+Brown

WithumSmith+Brown P.C., the public advisory and accounting firm, has named Adam Levithan as principal and product manager of its OneWindow Workplace turnkey digital workplace for Office 365. The product strategy and development specialist joins the firm’s Microsoft MVP Team, where he will focus on OneWindow Workplace.

The coveted MVP status is awarded to Microsoft technology experts who are on the cutting edge of new technology. In order to earn this designation, MVPs must demonstrate technical expertise as well as a proven track record for knowledge-sharing in their respective areas of concentration. Levithan is the fourth MVP to join the Withum team.

William Schwerzler, Boiling Springs Savings Bank

Boiling Springs Savings Bank, one of northern New Jersey’s largest savings banks and provider of financial services to individuals and businesses for nearly 80 years, has announced the promotion of William Schwerzler to vice president.

In his elevated role, Schwerzler will expand upon his responsibilities as Rutherford-based Boiling Springs’ commercial credit underwriting manager, which include analyzing financial statements and tax returns, preparing loan summary presentations and reviewing commercial appraisals.

Prior to joining Boiling Springs Savings Bank, Schwerzler worked at numerous financial institutions including Atlantic Stewardship Bank, Valley National Bank and Independence Bank of New Jersey.

Brach Eichler LLC

Five attorneys have joined Roseland-based Brach Eichler LLC as associates in the firm’s Health Law, Trusts & Estates and Personal Injury Practice Groups.

“These talented associates bring a wealth of varied experience to their practice groups and will provide valuable counsel to Brach Eichler’s clients,” said John D. Charles E. Clarke, Covanta

Covanta, a world leader in sustainable waste and energy solutions, announces the appointment of Charles E. Clarke to the role of vice president, safety and health.

Clarke comes to Covanta from Air Liquide, based in Houston, where he was a corporate safety and industrial hygiene manager. At Covanta, he is tasked with setting the direction and driving continuous improvement of the company’s safety and health programs, identifying leading and lagging indicators for new and existing operations, construction and capital projects. He reports to Michael J. de Castro, Covanta’s executive vice president of supply chain.

Commvault

Commvault, a Tinton Falls-based leader in enterprise backup, recovery, archive, the cloud and data management across any hybrid environment, today announced the appointments of two new executives to its global partner program by naming Rick Fairweather as vice president of Americas channels and Mark Fong as vice president of Asia Pacific channels and alliances.

As Vice President of Americas Channels, Fairweather will be responsible for Commvault’s ecosystem of resellers and distributors throughout North and South America. In Fong’s new role with Commvault, he will be responsible for Commvault’s ecosystem of resellers, distributors and alliance partners throughout the Asia Pacific region.
