CBRE announced Monday it has arranged the sale of two mixed-use multifamily properties in Manville.
Each 4,000-square-foot building, located at 62 S. Main St. and 206 S. Main St., has two commercial units and four residential units.
CBRE’s Charles Berger and Elli Klapper, first vice presidents; and Mark Silverman, associate represented the Estate of Dean Mark Shepard in the $800,000 sale and also procured the buyer.
“The acquisition of these two mixed-use properties presents the new ownership with an excellent opportunity to own high-quality, stablized assets in the extremely coveted multifamily and medical office sectors,” Berger said. “We have been very active in this market and we were excited to be able to work with the seller and the buyer in arranging a deal that met both their requirements.”
The properties are within close access to Routes 206 and 22.
