Cranford-based MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors announced Thursday it has named Jon Gagliardi as managing principal.
Gagliardi brings with him more than 30 years of experience to the firm. He will be responsible for inc
reasing MSPC’s visibility in the market and developing internal talent.

They need professional advice on everything from growth to business wind-down. We are focused on expanding our offerings to meet clients’ needs no matter where they are in the business life cycle,” Gagliardi said.

The firm also announced Patrick Trombetta has been named chief operating officer. Trombetta, who currently heads the firm’s Employee Benefit Plans practice, will be responsible for managing operations.
