Provident Bank announced that Josephine Moran has joined the Iselin-based bank as executive vice president and director of retail banking.
In this role, Moran will be responsible for leading and directing the bank’s retail branch network, sales administration, sales training and investment services. She will also develop and manage the retail banking group’s overall strategy.

Moran, who has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, most recently served as senior vice president, regional manager, retirement services director with Webster Bank in Connecticut. Prior to that, she was executive vice president, director of retail banking with Columbia Bank in Fairlawn. She has also held senior roles at Santander Bank, Wells Fargo Co. and Wachovia Bank.
