Wiley acquires Learning House from Weld North for $200M

Hoboken-based John Wiley & Sons Inc. announced Friday that it has acquired Learning House from Weld North Holdings for $200 million.

The combination of Wiley and Louisville, Kentucky-based Learning House will create a provider of tech-enabled education services for colleges and universities.
