Edenbridge Pharmaceuticals has leased 18,500 square feet of space at The Offices at Fox Hill in Parsippany, CCushman & Wakefield announced Thursday.
This is the third transaction at the 25,000-square-foot, Class A property since its repositioning, Cushman & Wakefield said.
Edenbridge was represented by Thomas V. Giannone, Ronald J. Ganter and Edward M. English Jr. of Avison Young. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Offices at Fox Hill.
“The successful completion of this transaction at The Offices at Fox Hill represents the kind of ‘win-win’ that we always aim to deliver,” William O’Keefe, who led Cushman & Wakefield’s Morristown-based leasing team, said. “The property’s location and its many features — including a full-service cafeteria and shared conferencing facilities — accommodate the needs of growing companies, which increasingly seek a flexible work environment.”
Raymond Trevisan, Charles Parmelli, and Jackie Madden of Cushman & Wakefield also assisted in the transaction.
“The Offices at Fox Hill offers the infrastructure that these and other tenants seek, including robust power and HVAC infrastructure that enable them to accommodate a mixture of office, R&D lab and other space,” Parmelli said. “The building’s modern image and rich amenities package are critical to attracting and retaining top talent, but the infrastructure also plays a key role in tenants’ decisions to take space here.” First-class mechanical systems and full back-up capabilities at The Offices at Fox Hill ensure comfort and continuity for modern enterprises.
The property, which is located at 169 Lackawanna Ave., is within close access to Routes 48 and 80, Trevisan said.
“The facility stands out with a bright atrium, landscaped courtyard and other informal gathering spaces that enable employees to easily connect, collaborate and unwind,” Trevisan said.
