NIA National Realty, a provider of retail real estate brokerage services, announced it has negotiated a lease for Goldberg’s Original Bagels in Park Ridge.
Goldberg’s Original Bagels will take up a 2,500-square-foot free-standing building at 150 Kinderkamack Road.
Nina Bianco, vice president at NIA, represented the landlord in the deal.
“150 Kinderkamack offers the ideal qualities that restaurant/deli operators look for in a new location” Bianco said. “Goldberg’s Original Bagels is a family-owned, community-minded business and the owners were seeking a space that was centrally located in an upscale town along a well-traveled road in Bergen County.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
