Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. on Monday announced the sale of a retail power center in Forked River.
The Sunrise Plaza is a 255,940-square-foot center which sold for an undisclosed price. It is anchored by Aldi, Kohl’s and The Home Depot.
The HFF investment advisory team of Jose Cruz, Stephen Simonelli, Kevin O’Hearn and Michael Oliver represented the seller.
“The current tenant line up combined with the upside at the center had multiple investors attempting to acquire the asset,” Cruz said.
The plaza is within close access to Route 9 and is three miles from the Garden State Parkway’s Exit 74.
