Cranbury-based MJH Associates Inc., a health care communications company, announced recently it has acquired Medical Networking Inc., a company that owns Medstro and MedTech Boston.
The acquisition will further enhance its position in health care communications with Medstro’s Software-as-a-Service and MedTech Boston’s digital health and medical technology readers, Michael J. Hennessy Jr., president of MJH Associates, said.
“As part of this acquisition, MJH Associates Inc. is dedicated to preserving and strengthening the quality of health care throughout the world through research, education and communication,” Hennessy said. “We look forward to growing Medical Networking’s digital products and, in turn, providing clinicians access to unprecedented real-time digital tools they need for communicating with their colleagues and patients, with the overall goal of improving patient care in the health care industry.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We already have strong traction in the medical device and biotech industry; we’re excited that this partnership will help us to expand further and give patient families and communities the digital tools they need to share ideas and empower themselves,” James Ryan, chief operating officer of Medical Networking, said.
