Zelis Healthcare, a health care technology company in Bedminster, announced it has acquired NetMinder and its parent company, The Ignition Group.
The Ignition Group, based in Sunrise, Florida, is a health care network analytics company and provider of dental and vision network analytics solutions to health care payers and insurances.
Under the deal, NetMinder will now operate as a unit of Zelis Network Analytics.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
