The firm will provide leasing and marketing services for The Mark, a 264,059-square-foot building at 100 Enterprise Drive. The property is located at the confluence of Route 15 and Interstate 80.
Northbridge recently rebranded the asset as The Mark to highlight it being a Class A modern building.
Chris Conklin, senior vice president at JLL, along with Craig Eisenhardt, managing director; Dan Spero, executive vice president; and Michael Pietrowicz, associate; will be overseeing the asset.
“Northbridge acquired The Mark earlier this year and tapped JLL to oversee the repositioning effort for the property,” Conklin said. “This was a terrific opportunity to acquire an incredibly well-located, high-quality suburban office building in Morris County. The new owners are launching a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program to thoroughly enhance the building and improve its standing as the premier modern workplace in western Morris County.”
Renovations are slated to begin in December and expected to be completed in 2019. Expected renovatins include upgrading the lower and main lobbies and common areas; updating bathrooms; adding Wi-Fi enabled seating areas; refurbishing the parking deck; and creating new outdoor seating areas and landscape.
Northbridge said it is also planning to add a new cafe and lounge, golf simulator, multipurpose conference center and fitness center.
