Over the past year, Eastman said there has been strong leasing activity at the 93,000-square-foot center, which has shown a shift toward non-traditional tenants.
Aldi, a supermarket chain, held a grand opening for it being the center’s new anchor store in November.
Recent additions to The Shoppes’ roster also include Fitness 1440, a 24-hour gym and fitness franchise; Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar, a hair salon; and Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids, also a hair salon. All three of businesses are slated to open this fall.
“These new tenants represent what today’s social and lifestyle-focused retail experience is all about,” Peter Schofel, Eastman Companies’ managing partner, said. “The Shoppes at the Livingston Circle offers a desirable and accessible location in a thriving market. We are thrilled to welcome high-profile businesses that will generate traffic and enhance the property’s reputation as a destination for area residents.”
The property, which is within close access to Route 10 and the Eisenhower Parkway, has also signed leases with Goldfish Swim School, Cyclebar, Club Pilates and Mezza Mediterranean.
