JLL inks regional operations manger for its N.J. property management group

JLL announced recently it has promoted Mary Oppel as regional operations manager.

In this role, Oppel will be responsible for the firm’s New Jersey property management group.

Oppel has more than 15 years of experience in business and property management. She will report to Terry Harris, managing director and chief operating officer of the firm’s suburban tri-state and Northeast Industrial Region operations.

“JLL continues to promote diversity with the organization and Mary Oppel has proven to be a tremendous asset to JLL in the New Jersey market,” Harris said. “She has been a crucial member of the property management team and her efforts have won the firm a number of high-profile property management assignments.”

Prior to JPP, Oppel was vice president of business development at Quantex Laboratories Inc. Before that, she was an assistant property manager with Hines, a portfolio coordinator and assistant general manager with SL Green Realty Trust, and a salesperson with Toll Brothers.

Oppel received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
