NIA National Realty, a provider of commercial real estate brokerage services in North Jersey, announced it has negotiated a long-term lease for an industrial/flex building in Bergenfield.
The 9,296-square-foot property is located at 161 Woodbine St. and boasts a private interior tailgate loading dock, shared drive-in loading, on-site parking and warehouse space with a two-room office.
Nina Bianco, vice president at the firm, represented the landlord, Bergenfield Woodbine Center LLC, a Piermont Properties affiliate.
“Flex spaces like 161 Woodbine Street can meet the space needs of a wide variety of tenants and are increasingly in short supply throughout the market. We were happy to work with the landlord, to effectively market the building and secure a suitable tenant for our client,” Bianco said.
MDR Electrical Supply Inc., a wholesale business, is the tenant.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
