Tabula Rasa Healthcare Inc., a health care technology company based in Moorestown, announced Thursday it has completed its acquisition of Cognify.
Cognify, a health care technology company, is focused on enabling patient-centered and integrated care along with financial management for the federal Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly and managed long-term care.
“The software and services of Cognify will continue to empower PACE organizations and track measurable outcomes in defined timeframes for the frail senior population we serve. Adding Cognify to TRHC amplifies our ability to develop scalable solutions to meet the needs of PACE and other at-risk payers, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans. We are confident our comprehensive, coordinated technology solutions will bring added value to our clients,” Calvin H. Knowlton, TRHC chairman and CEO, said.
Under terms of the deal, Mace Wold, former CEO of Cognify, will remain with the company and serve as CEO of Cognify-Mediture.
Mediture is a Electronic Health Record software solution unit of TRHC’s technology and services division CareVention HealthCare.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
