NAI Hanson brokers lease for media company at Class A property in Park Ridge

NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm, has brokered a lease for a media company in Park Ridge, it announced Monday.

The 8,000-square-foot lease with Wainscot Media is located at One Maynard Drive, a 139,000-square-foot, three-story, Class A office building.

Andrew Somple, Judy Troiano and Justin Allessio of NAI Hanson represented the landlord, Sartek, in the deal.

“With a unique blend of accessibility, affordability and amenities, One Maynard truly stands out in this market and was an ideal choice for Wainscot Media as they searched for their new home,” Somple said. “Despite some of the negativity in the industry surrounding suburban office leasing, this deal reaffirms that well-positioned and marketed suburban office buildings can secure quality, long-term tenants and reach high occupancy rates.”

One Maynard Drive offers its diverse mix of tenants amenities including a glass atrium, a cafeteria, Wi-Fi and more. It is within close access to the Garden State Parkway, Route 17, Interstate 287, the New York State Thruway and the Palisades Interstate Parkway.

Wainscot Media is a digital marketing and publishing firm with more than 20 magazine titles.

“In an effort to fast-track deals, the landlord has demolished all the vacant space so that when a tenant comes to the property, they have a white canvas,” Allessio said. “We are prepared to do turn-key deals and go right to construction since the space is ready to go.”
