Retail TouchPoints announced Friday the winners of its seventh annual Store Operations Superstar Awards.
The Hasbrouck Heights-based customer engagement strategy provider said the awards recognized 13 companies “that are thinking outside the brick-and-mortar box to bring a refreshed experience to consumers and store employees.”
“Stores have become more than just a place to buy a product,” Debbie Hauss, editor-in-chief of Retail TouchPoints, said. “To be successful in today’s digitally motivated marketplace, stores must offer unique and compelling experiences, giving shoppers a reason to look up from their mobile devices.”
