Zimmel Associates, an Edison-based real estate firm, announced recently it has brokered the $10.5 million sale of an industrial building in Jersey City.
David Zimmel, CEO of the firm, handled the sale of the 105,000-square-foot property located at 25 Linden Ave. The property also offers 12,000 square feet of office space.
“An attempt to sell the building for months was unsuccessful, so they contacted me to get it done,” Zimmel said. “Our company is located at the epicenter of one of the nation’s most concentrated and successful markets for industrial properties.
