NJR Clean Energy Ventures announces $208.5M sale of remaining wind portfolio

NJR Clean Energy Ventures, a Wall-based clean energy subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, announced the $208.5 million sale of its remaining 117 megawatt wind portfolio.

The portfolio is comprised if four wind farms and was sold to a subsidiary of Skyline Renewables.

“While we have divested our current wind portfolio, clean energy is an integral part of our business and we will continue to invest in clean energy projects that position NJR for long-term growth,” Stephen D. Westhoven, president and chief operating officer of New Jersey Resources, said.

Since 2009, CEV has invested approximately $700 million in solar projects and plans to invest $500 million over the next four years.
