Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced the $51 million sale of a newly-constructed industrial building in Totowa.
HFF marketed the single-story, 382,596-square-foot property on behalf of the seller, The Hampshire Companies.
Situated on 26 acres, 700 Union Blvd. is located within close access to Interstate 80 and New Jersey Turnpike.
