IDify, a subsidiary of Princeton-based ALC, has acquired QBC Holdings Inc., a data science and technology company, it announced this week.
New York-based IDify, which enables first-party brands to monetize data through a range of services, will now add the device graph company, which does business as Qualia, to combine its own identity solutions with Qualia’s identity graph services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Today’s marketing ecosystem runs at the person level,” IDify CEO Scott McKinley said in a prepared statement. “Data owners and users want to interact with consumers on a trusted, consented, one-to-one basis to deliver relevance and value. That requires a level of accuracy and transparency that current solutions just don’t provide.”
ALC is a direct and digital data marketing service provider.
