Red Bank-based OceanFirst Financial Corp., announced it has appointed Nicos Katsoulis to the board of directors at both OceanFirst Financial and its holding company, OceanFirst Bank N.A., effective Jan. 1, 2019.
Katsoulis retired from his position as executive vice president of OceanFirst Bank in November 2018. He then joined the bank again in February 2019 as executive vice president commercial real estate when it acquired Sun Bancorp Inc. At Sun National Bank, Katsoulis was executive vice president and chief lending officer.
The bank also announced Diane Rhine and Mark Solow, both directors, intend to retire at the end of their current terms which conclude at the company’s 2019 annual stockholder meeting.
