Larken Associates announced recently its newest asset in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is adding more mixed-use space to its portfolio.
Pinnacle @ 65 is a 10-story, 102,000-square-foot residential and commercial space that offers 48 newly constructed luxury apartments and 38,000 square feet of ground floor commercial retail space.
The New Jersey-based developer said it acquired Pinnacle @ 65 from Post Road Management last month for an undisclosed price.
The building underwent renovations in 2017 which included upgrades to the exterior facade, main lobby, common areas, restrooms and building access systems. An HVAC system was also installed.
Santander Bank recently renewed its lease at the office property. J.B. Hunt, which offers supply chain solutions, currently occupies 4,500 square feet on the second floor.
The building offers its tenants amenities including off-street parking, an in-house bank, a conference room, eat-in kitchen, fitness center and community lounge/game room.
