L&W Supply Corp. has signed a lease renewal and expansion at two Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Inc.-owned industrial properties in South Hackensack, the real estate firm announced Wednesday.
L&W renewed its current lease for 32,000 square feet at 14 Central Blvd. and expanded its presence with a new lease at 25 Empire Blvd., a 32,042-square-foot adjacent industrial building.
L&W, which has been in at 14 Central since 2004, distributes construction supplies and building materials. It currently has more than 150 distribution centers throughout the country.
“We take great pride in our long-term ownership of every building in our portfolio, and a main source of that pride is the long-term tenure of many of our tenants,” Jerry Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing at Sanzari, said. “Our forward-looking management of every property in our portfolio and our focus on continually delivering the gold standard in tenant service ensures that we are able to maintain high tenant retention throughout our portfolio and provide long-term homes for New Jersey’s diverse business community to continue to grow.”
The properties are located within close access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 3, 17 and 46.
Andrew Somple, Chris Todd, Mike Walters, and Fernando Garip of NAI James E. Hanson worked with Barta on the deal. Eric Lewin, senior executive vice president at Team Resources, represented L&W.
