York names Duchene its new EVP, managed care

York, a Jersey City-based risk solutions provider, announced Thursday it has appointed Dennis Duchene its new executive vice president, managed care.

In this role, Duchene will oversee all of York’s Managed Care solutions and report directly to Chairman and CEO Thomas Warsop.

Duchene, who has more than 20 years of experience in managed care and finance, most recently served as president and chief operating officer at CareWorks of Ohio, a York subsidiary.

“By bringing all our managed care teams together under Dennis’ leadership, York will be well positioned to continue providing the right care and support for injured employees across the country. Dennis will ensure our teams deliver a great experience for our clients and claimants, and efficiently manage the operation for strong performance,” Warsop said.

Before CareWorks, Duchene held various roles at companies including Arthur Andersen, American Electric Power and Dominion Homes.
