Liberty Walk hits over 50% lease mark at historic Fort Monmouth

Liberty Walk, a townhome-style community at Monmouth County’s historic Fort Monmouth in Oceanport, is more than 50 percent leased, according to developer RPM Development Group.

The 48-home community opened up leasing to the public two months ago, RPM said.

The community offers its residents oversized two-story apartments in century-old Officer’s Housing buildings with open living spaces and access to nearby Red Bank, Asbury Park, Little Silver Train Station, Route 35, the Monmouth Mall, Jersey Shore Premium Outlets and more.

“Liberty Walk has quickly tapped into the large pool of renters clamoring for a new level of luxury apartment living in Monmouth County,” Brian Saft, residential leasing director for RPM, said.  “While the upscale homes are the initial draw, residents also love our location where just about everything is at their fingertips.  Fort Monmouth has fast become the area’s most vibrant new year-round neighborhood.  All the delights of the Atlantic Ocean and Shrewsbury and Navesink Rivers are just steps away.  Nearby Routes 35, 36, 18 and the Garden State Parkway bring the Jersey Shore and central New Jersey within easy reach.”

The residences are all three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath and offer up to 1,959 square feet of living space. Amenities include renovated kitchens and baths, hardwood floors, basements with washer and dryer, living rooms and sunrooms, and individual garages. Prices start at $2,750 a month.
