Cherry Hill-based Markeim Chalmers Inc., a commercial real estate firm, announced Monday it has finalized the sale of an office building in Haddonfield.
The property, located at 131 Kings Highway East in downtown Haddonfield, is a 6,000-square-foot free-standing office building. It sold for $1.25 million.
Kevin Burns, senior vice president at Markeim Chalmers, represented the undisclosed buyer.
The building is within close access to restaurants, shopping, banks and PATCO.
