Colliers International announced recently it has represented The Bloom Organization in the sale of a warehouse property in Mount Laurel.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers’ Mount Laurel office represented Bloom in the deal to a private investor.
The 17,767-square-foot property located at 16 Roland Ave. is a single tenant warehouse within close access to the New Jersey Turnpike. It is currently occupied by Vine Street Imports, a wine distributor.
