Harrison Urby announced it has hit the second phase of development and has completed and launched 270 new Urby apartments.
The second phase included building on Urby‘s residential concept with new social spaces for its residences, including a community garden with individual farm plots. The garden joins existing social spaces like the Urby Kitchen, a chef’s kitchen for events, a heated saltwater pool and patio, fire pits, BBQ grills, lawn games, an on-site dog park and a two-story, 6,000-square-foot fitness center.
“Urby is designed as a modern approach to urban apartment living that aims to create a far more inspired rental experience than what is currently offered by the existing apartment industry,” David Barry, the creator of Urby and a real estate developer, said. “Similar to how boutique hotels eclipsed corporate brands as the new standard in the hotel industry, we are confident that Urby will become the new standard for rental apartment living.”
Amsterdam-based architecture firm Concrete designed the spaces, Urby said.
Harrison Urby apartments come in studio, one- and two-bedroom units and prices range from $1,875 to $3,300. The apartments are within close access to the Harrison PATH station.
