Creative Marketing Alliance

Creative Marketing Alliance, an award-winning, full service marketing agency in Princeton Junction, announced three new hires: Joseph Morris, Erin Renegar and Sydney Matuszewski.

Morris, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, joins CMA as a marketing sales executive. Morris is responsible for driving advertising sales for Trenton-Mercer Airport and Princeton-Mercer Convention and Visitors Bureau, as well as the agency’s publications.

Matuszewski, of Marlton, is a marketing sales coordinator responsible for new business opportunities, encompassing RFP analysis, proposal writing, reporting and sales force database management.

Renegar, of Titusville, is an account coordinator responsible for leading projects through the agency, fostering client relationships and managing deadlines.

Cathy Davis, MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors

MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors is pleased to announce that Cathy Davis has been promoted and named a principal of the Cranford-based firm.

Previously a tax manager at MSPC, Davis brings two decades of experience working with individuals, businesses, trusts and estates to her new role. She provides comprehensive advisory services for estate and succession planning, tax audit support and tax compliance to her clients. Davis also has extensive experience working with franchisees as well as high net worth individuals in all aspects of tax planning and preparation.

Managing Principal James Flannery says of Davis: “During her time at MSPC, Cathy made outstanding contributions in the management and growth of the tax department while serving clients in a wide range of industries. As a principal, she will continue to use her tax expertise in federal, local, state and international areas while taking a more active role in designing and implementing the Firm’s strategic plans.”

Destination Hotels

Destination Hotels, a distinctive collection of luxury and upscale independent hotels and resorts across North America, recently announced the appointment of Tricia Tierney as director of events, Jennifer Garrabrant as events manager and Judith Vargas as accounting manager of the recently debuted Events at Bell Works. Located in New Jersey’s largest “Metroburb” of Holmdel, the iconic Bell Labs building, the newly unveiled property features over 110,000 square feet of highly flexible indoor function space and an additional 10,000 square feet of outdoor event space. The building recasts the relationship between workspace and community and offers a technology-inspired infrastructure alongside carefully crafted amenities designed to foster communication, inspire creativity and facilitate collaboration.

Tierney has been named director of events, and will oversee all facets of the Events, Conference and Catering Division. Tierney joins Events at Bell Works from Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she served on the Conferences Services teams at Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina, and Rhode Island’s Omni Providence Hotel.

As events manager, Garrabrant will be responsible for coordinating and executing corporate meetings, catering events, and group family functions. Most recently, Garrabrant was part of the sales and marketing group, LiteWing Naturals.

Vargas joins the Events at Bell Works team as accounting manager, with experience in accounting and finance from her prior positions at Present Highlander Equipment Co, Gamka Sales Co. Inc. and several hotels.

Bill Howard, Bennett Realty & Development

Bennett Realty & Development welcomes Bill Howard as managing director. Howard joins Holmdel-based Bennett with over 35 years of experience in the real estate and investment market. Howard’s focus will be working with high net worth investors seeking single tenant net lease assets and multitenant net lease assets with low risk and long-term income.

He brings with him over $300 million in closed transactions across the United States and never a missed distribution.

“Bill’s abilities are second to none in the single and multitenant net lease space. From sourcing the deal to assisting with financing, he epitomizes the hands-on concept which is a great match to our boutique approach here,” said Tyler Bennett, founder and president of Bennett Realty & Development. “Bill will add to our distinct position in this category from the development and advisory side and we are eager about this enhancement to our platform.”

Horm Irani, Titan Aviation

Titan Aviation, a global provider of aircraft management, aircraft sales and aircraft charter, recently hired Horm Irani as general manager of the company’s U.S. operations. Irani is based at Titan Aviation’s recently opened U.S. headquarters inside Morristown Municipal Airport in Morristown.

Irani is an aerospace engineer by training and has accumulated more than 30 years’ experience across the military, commercial and private aviation sectors. He has gained extensive exposure to international business transactions and dealings, with roles in sales and marketing, customer support, general program management, engineering maintenance and operations.

“Horm relishes the challenges of building upon Titan Aviation’s foundations of success in Dubai, India and elsewhere with the May 2018 launch of our U.S.-based operations,” said Capt. Sakeer C. Lisa Peck, Kearny Bank

Island Heights resident Lisa Peck has been appointed a Kearny Bank vice president/small business banker, with a focus on Ocean County. In this role, Peck works with all the county’s Kearny Bank branches to bolster existing business relationships and establishing new ones.

Most recently a vice president/territory sales manager for Valley National Bank, Peck — who holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Marquette University — has professional sales experience from positions in New Jersey, New York and California.

“Lisa will leverage her sales expertise to establish our company as an even more significant player throughout Ocean County,” says Eric Heyer, Fairfield-based Kearny Bank’s senior executive vice president/chief operating officer. “We’re confident in her ability both to develop and implement an effective growth strategy.”

David Spector, WCRE

Wolf Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the hiring of David Spector as director of community relations. Spector brings nearly a decade of community engagement and public service to expand the reach and strengthen the bonds with municipalities and businesses throughout New Jersey.

As director of community relations, Spector will work closely with elected officials, economic development offices and community leaders to strengthen Marlton-based WCRE’s connections within the various regions where the firm does business.

An experienced community relations professional, Spector has served as a town councilman in Bellmawr, and was an Eagleton Fellow at Rutgers University. He started his career in politics working on a number of different campaigns at all levels of government on behalf of Chairmen Donald Norcross and James Beach.

Eric Schwartz, Integra LifeSciences

Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. recently announced the appointment of Eric Schwartz as corporate vice president, general counsel and secretary.
