The Kislak Company Inc. announced Tuesday the $14.25 million sale of an office building in Tinton Falls.
Kislak said it marketed the 132,272-square-foot property at 106 Apple St. on behalf of the seller, Reidhass L.P.
Barry Waisbrod, senior vice president at Kislak, handled the deal and found the buyer, Apple Street Holdings LLC, a New York-based investor.
The multitenanted office building consists of two attached structures. One side includes a three-story building with 67,272 square feet. The other includes a two-story building with 65,000 square feet,” Waisbrod said.. “The purchaser believes strongly in the central New Jersey market for multi-tenanted office space and this building’s close proximity to the Garden State Parkway and major metro areas made it very attractive.”
When the deal closed, the building was approximately 89 percent occupied, Kislak said.
The property, which is within close access to Exit 109 on the Garden State Parkway, provides its tenants with amenities including newly-renovated restrooms, a fitness center, over 550 parking spaces, outdoor seating areas, on-site management and more.
