Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners celebrated the opening of Warren Hill on Tuesday, a new amenities center at the Warren Corporate Center in Warren Township.
The ceremony was attended by more than 200 guests from the commercial real estate industry.
“The opening of Warren Corporate Center’s ‘Warren Hill’ amenity building completes the transformation of a world-class, single-tenant corporate park into a multi-tenant experiential collaborative work and social campus,” Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners, said. “We believe we have achieved our goal to create a corporate earning campus that simulates the look and feel of an ivy league learning campus.”
The new, 20,000-square-foot building will be anchored by The Hill House Cafe and Warren Hill Athletic Center. Warren Hill also includes a fitness center, a full-service cafeteria, conference space and outdoor spaces, walking paths, an outdoor amphitheater and parking.

The Warren Corporate Center is within close access to Exit 36 of Interstate 78.
