Colliers International announced it has represented The Bloom Organization in the sale of two properties in Pennsauken for $3.15 million.
The two multitenant industrial flex properties, located at 7203 and 7239 Browning Road at the Airport Industrial Park, were sold to Airport Industrial Partners, Colliers said. The properties total 55,037 square feet and are 100 percent leased.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers’ Mount Laurel office represented The Bloom Organization in the deal.
