Manasquan Bank, a community bank based in Wall Township, announced it has named Michael Malloy its new senior vice president, chief financial officer.

Prior to the appointment, Malloy spent 10 years at audit and tax firm KPMG.

“Manasquan Bank is a proud and growing community bank with a proven senior management team and clear commitment to the communities it serves,” Malloy said. “I wanted to join an organization close to home with a strategic plan that is both rewarding and challenging.”

“Michael’s experience speaks for itself,” James S. Vaccaro, Manasquan Bank CEO and president, said. “His resume is local, global, wide-ranging and highly specialized all at once. We are fortunate to have him onboard, and hold every expectation for him to become a pillar of our vision for the future.”

Malloy earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University and his master’s degree in accountancy and professional consultancy from Villanova University.
